Course Content

There are many approaches to managing wounds. New technology brings about new ideas and approaches. The challenge for us as clinicians is updating our knowledge and understanding new technology to maximise healing outcomes.

However what about those old school methods that never seem to fade? We are often quick to assume that because this is an "old school" approach it is outdated and it is dismissed as irrelevant to our practice. Some of these established practices are still successfully used in wound management and can complement our newer technologies.

This webinar explores some of the old school methods, dispelling the myths, explaining the use and clarifying the application. Expand your wound care box of tricks and open your minds - as sometimes the old ways are the best!!
