We are only too aware of the ongoing requirements for reporting and documentation associated with Pressure injuries whether you work in acute or primary health care. Prevention is essential to minimise risk for development of pressure injuries and is an integral part of the assessment process.

This webinar explores the assessment process starting with the skin and risk factors. We will then explore the identification and classification system and finally managing these chronic wounds to ensure best outcomes.
