Teamwork makes the dream work!  What is the role of the team in wound healing? As an RN where do fit into that team? How can we work together to ensure good healing outcomes?

What are your challenges in managing complex and chronic wounds? Do you find challenges in keeping consistency in managing a wound?  Do too many cooks spoil the broth?

How can we delegate within the team in Wound Management? If you are coordinating how often do you check what is happening?
