Drug development and new technologies are changing the face of pharmacology and therapeutics. This webinar will look at the technology behind the newer biological agents and practical considerations around their use.

It will also explore nanotechnology and the role it is starting to play in drug delivery systems, and potential avenues for improving wound care, cancer therapy, diagnostic imaging, and applications in orthopaedics and cardiology.

Other new technologies explored include Gene therapy, which is becoming a reality with newer gene-editing techniques that can make medicine personalised. We will also discuss AI applications in medicine and Novel delivery systems.
